Other professional practices
Law firms are where we started. The same work fits any practice that signs clients, holds private information and bills for its work.
We take your intake online and build custom software for how your practice works. Your professionals approve anything that carries their judgment.
Accounting and tax
Every January we chase the same documents from the same clients. Engagement letters, organizers and the client portal are three different tools.
- Where we'd start
- Online intake and document requests tied to your engagement letter and e-signature, payment online, and a status page for each engagement.
- What stays with you
- Your firm decides what its information security plan requires. We build to it and document what we built.
Wealth and financial advisory
Onboarding a new household takes weeks of forms and follow-up. Client details live in the CRM, the custodian's site and someone's inbox.
- Where we'd start
- An onboarding flow that collects details once, routes forms for e-signature and shows the household what's still needed, connected to your CRM.
- What stays with you
- Your compliance officer approves every form and message. We build in the review step and the record-keeping they specify. We are not an investment adviser.
Medical, dental and therapy
New-patient forms still happen on a clipboard. The front desk spends the morning on the phone.
- Where we'd start
- New-patient intake on a phone before the visit, consent forms signed online, reminders, and a dashboard for the front desk.
- What stays with you
- Your compliance lead decides what privacy law requires. We build to that standard and sign a business associate agreement where one is required. We don't build tools that give clinical advice.
Engineering and architecture
Project inquiries come in by email, phone and bid portals, and nobody tracks which became proposals. Clients ask for a status update we have to assemble from three places.
- Where we'd start
- Project-inquiry intake into a tracked pipeline, proposals and agreements signed online, and a client page showing each project's stage and documents.
- What stays with you
- Your licensed professionals approve anything that carries a seal or a professional opinion.
Consulting and advisory
Scoping, proposal, contract and first invoice take two weeks of email. Every engagement starts with the same questions, asked by hand.
- Where we'd start
- A scoping form, a proposal and agreement signed online, the first invoice paid online, and a client page for each engagement.
- What stays with you
- You set the terms and approve every client-facing word.
Where our record is.
Our longest record is with law firms. If your practice needs something we haven't built before, we tell you in writing before you commit.Note 1
