This notice covers this website and its private inquiry form. It is short because we collect very little.
What the form collects.
Your name, your firm or practice, your profession, what you want to digitize or build, your timeline, a budget range, your email address and, if you choose, a phone number.
How we use it.
Only to reply to your inquiry. We don't add it to a mailing list, and we don't sell it or share it for marketing. Sending the form doesn't make you a client.
Who handles it.
Your inquiry is delivered by email to Daniel Levine through Resend, an email delivery service. The website, including its typefaces, is hosted by Cloudflare.
This website doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers, and our pages set no cookies of their own.
Please keep it general.
Leave client or patient names and case details out of the form. If we go further, we sign a mutual NDA before anything confidential is shared.
