We set up a new firm's website, intake, engagement letters, e-signature, retainer payment, email authentication and an AI-use policy in roughly ten to twelve weeks, so the partners practice from the start instead of managing vendors.Note 2

1. Dates are fixed in the statement of work, with a fee credit if we miss them for reasons within our control.

We take on a few solo practices at a time. The work starts smaller: a shorter Assessment, and the software you already license configured before anything is built.

If your lawyers use AI, or want to, we set it up inside the firm's own account, with a use policy for your lawyers to adopt, built around Florida Bar Ethics Opinion 24-1 and ABA Formal Opinion 512, and training for your staff.Note 3

1. Your firm signs with the AI provider directly. Nothing confidential goes in until your firm approves the tool and its terms in writing.

Our fees are fixed. They never depend on clients signed, case outcomes, legal fees or advertising spend. We take no referral fees and pay none.

At any time, we do marketing work for only one firm per practice area in Broward County. That covers marketing work, not intake or internal systems.Note 5
