A note from the principal
For at least five years I have built the systems professional practices run on, starting before today's AI assistants existed.Note 1 The most complete of them is a client-intake platform for a Florida law firm: the form a new client fills in late at night, the engagement letter they sign on a phone, the payment that lands in the right account, and the update that answers their question before they think to call.
What I've learned is that the software is rarely the hard part. The hard part is fitting it to how a practice actually works, and keeping it running after launch. That is the work Reference Nexus does.
I take on a small number of practices at a time, and the person you speak with is the person who builds your system. I build with modern AI tools, and I review everything before a client sees it. I don't publish client names, and I won't publish yours.
If something here would help your practice, send a private inquiry. I read each one myself.

- I walk through that platform privately, on test data. Dates and examples of earlier work are part of the same conversation.
